Our Story

Hello, from the groovy minds behind Rave Mom Wellness! Rooted in funky music and fitness, our mission is to bring natural wellness to the music industry. This all started at festivals, where we’d help our friends replenish the nutrients they were depleting through partying. Now, we are expanding to share knowledge and resources with the entire community. 

We will be at events in the Florida area, bringing a variety of wellness products to help you dance through the decades. We’ve personally utilized the Rave Mom nutrient blend to stay moving, whether it be for an all-night rave or a 5k race.
